All facility instruments are scheduled through the University FBS system. New users can use the FBS calendar link to find .pdf quick guides for many commonly asked questions; such as: How do I make a reservation?, How does my PI add me as a lab member?, or How does my PI grant account access for billing?
All new users must have their PI complete the necessary steps to add them as a lab member and grant “worktag”/account access. These MUST be completed prior to scheduling. Flow Core staff cannot complete these steps. Flow Core staff does not schedule user appointments.
