The ThermoFisher Attune NxT analysis cytometer is equipped with four lasers having 16 parameter excitation: 405nm (violet); 488nm (blue);  561nm (yellow); & 637nm (red).

Up to 14 colors can be excited; configuration limitations exist.

Samples may be in either tube (12x75mm FACS or 1.5mL eppendorf) or plate (96 & 384 well) format (please confirm with staff your plate type).

Software: Attune NxT on Windows 10.  Data access available via USC network.
